Our knowledge and expertise in the areas of ingredient and packaging sourcing as well as labeling requirements for the FDA and USDA means less upfront work for the client. Gem has been producing quality food products since 2009 under USDA and FDA supervision. We have created our own brands as well as private labeling for our clients.

Our Production Facilities are maintained with the highest standards. Cleanliness and product safety are our utmost concern. Traceability and Lot Code Controls are in place in case of a product recall. All HACCP documents are also maintained manually in case of a food safety concern or product recall.

We currently occupy 12,000 sq foot production facility. In 2017 we will more than double the space. Our focus is on creating a state of the art facility which encompasses our creativity and passion for excellence. As we reach for the future we are constantly looking to reduce waste and use sustainable practices and packaging. Our compassion for the environment drives us to maintain that focus.
