Our USDA approved kitchen is first class.  Gem can manufacture and package your product to spec while our facility and staff are overseen by our own management and the USDA to ensure food safety.  Our focus is delivering a quality product to our customer.

We specialize in corporate catering.  Gem can make your event worry free whether it is white tablecloth and china or a company picnic.  Our staff is professional and well trained in every aspect of food service.

Disaster Relief/Emergency Meals
We are committed to providing meals for disaster relief locally or out of state.  Gem offers custom box or bag meals delivered direct to site in the event of a disaster. 

Corporate Box Lunch
We offer a line of sandwiches made with gourmet breads and specialty sauces.  Gem delivers fresh and made to order, conveniently packaged to include fresh cut fruit, chips and one of our own fresh baked gourmet cookies!
